Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Equaled website, software, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, redeeming a registration key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.
02Accounts and keys
Access is invite-only and granted through single-use registration keys. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and keys confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt or attack any system, resell or redistribute access without permission, or attempt to circumvent access controls. You are solely responsible for the content and credentials you provide, including any account cookies you choose to store.
04No affiliation
Equaled is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any third-party platform, service, or brand. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. Your use of the Service in connection with any third-party platform is entirely at your own risk and may violate that platform’s own terms; you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with those terms, and for any consequences to your third-party accounts, including suspension or termination.
05No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equaled and anyone involved in creating or operating it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, accounts, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the prior three months or USD $50.
07Assumption of risk & indemnity
You use the Service voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Equaled and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content or credentials, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party rights or terms.
08Data and privacy
Sensitive values you choose to store (such as account cookies and KYC fields) are encrypted at rest. You provide such data voluntarily and are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of anything you submit. Do not store data you are not authorized to hold.
09Changes and termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted here, and continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or liability.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
